Outcomes and Goals is divided into three main sections within Webcare:

  • Goals: an organisation can create a ‘Goals’ profile for a client, based on this profile they can identify different Goals to achieve

  • Progress Notes: Support Staff can enter daily progress notes and identify if any goals/milestones are reached

  • Outcomes: Managers can review the status of each goal

Incident Reports

Webcare provides organisations with fast, accurate and efficient reports, while also giving organisations the flexibility to have custom forms created to suit their specific policies and procedures, including Incident Reports.
