House and Facility Rostering

Webcare keeps track of any changes to the Roster including recording a reason for change, date and time of when the change was made and the new staff assigned to the shift.

The system also supports full conflict detection for staff if they are rostered to another facility. Other features include:

  • Different types of shifts and shift templates can be created for each facility. Staff can then be assigned to a shift template.

  • Ensures employment requirements are met (e.g. maximum number of hours or sleepover shifts in a week)

  • Fatigue and overtime management

  • Record any ad-hoc and unassigned shifts, including any staff changes with reasons for change

  • Check for different award requirements

  • Allows payroll managers to reconcile staff timesheets in bulk and export data to different payroll systems

Days Away Register

The Days Away Register is a purpose built module enabling you to securely report Bednight records for Shared Care for all people you support.

When the people you support are away on a short break, it can also be added to the Days Away Register.

Webcare records bednights for both Primary Care and Away on Short Break, supporting both Caregiver and Carestaff models. These records can then be exported.

Daily Notes

Create Daily Notes from custom forms created in your system. Add notes and questions specifically related to your organisation and individual clients.

  • Daily Notes can be logged under a clients details

  • View and add Daily Notes from your mobile

  • Can create separate topic specific Daily Notes eg. incident notes, progress notes, outcome notes

Having all your Daily Notes online increases productivity and creates a simplistic storage location with access whenever you need it.
