Webcare was formed in 2005 to help Care/Support Providers in the health and disabilities sector to deliver an easy to use client and staff management system offering flexible reporting, incident management, scheduling, rostering, document management systems and much more.

Unlike other software companies we don’t leave you behind on versions 1,2 or 3. Your Webcare system is Current and up to date, supported by fortnightly releases as part of our service to you.
Webcare runs on any modern browser and the data can be accessed from multiple devices including smart phones and tablets (mobile workforce).
We take care of all the backend services including all the backups, security, server upgrades and physical security of your data. All our services are covered under our Service Level Agreement.
High-level security is built into Webcare allowing organisations to define their own roles with strict permission access as who-can-access-what.
All the subsequent updates are part of your service cost (excluding optional upgrades and customisations).
